As a Senior Administrator and Multi-Department, Multi-Campus Senior Leader and, at mid-career, as founding principal, senior consultant and interim leader for Nautilus Evolutions LLC, Shari has successfully undertaken countless projects with her client teams in systems re-engineering, work-load and productivity management, financial turn-around & market expansion, moving metrics, and improving performance in a team-based environment.
